IUMC is a platform specifically designed to disseminate practical intelligence in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Public Relations and Corporate Strategy.  With a deliberation period of seven days, during the course of which our objective is to make the two member teams sensitized towards the gigantic responsibility they bear, as to-be business men and women.


Conducted as four rounds, the event consists of business scenarios and challenges for the contestants, who must, given the available faculties as peripheries of the round, solve each crisis, to the best of their abilities. Creativity, innovation, divergent thinking and agility in decision making, are key, in order to emerge as the title holders of IUMC 2015.
