Annual Basic Health Screening Camp 2022

Dear Christite Staff Member,

We, at the Centre for Counselling and Health Services, are committed to your physical and mental wellbeing.

It is a well-known fact that high blood pressure and diabetes are two of the leading risk factors for cardiac complications, including heart attacks and strokes.

Moreover, hypertension and diabetes are also known to often coexist. Prevention and control, therefore, remains the key to preventing morbidity and mortality due to these conditions.

Bearing this in mind, the Health Centre is conducting its Annual Health Screening Camp at Block 2 Health Centre (Second floor) on Central Campus.

During this Health Screening, you will receive a basic health check including your BMI, blood pressure and random blood sugar after a fairly detailed medical history. You will be screened for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc. If you require further medical assessment, investigation or treatment, you will be advised referral for further care.
