1	The aim of this study is to make an attempt to help individual investors account for the biases inherent in the rules of thumb they frequently use before an investment decision and to get a better understanding of themselves so that they can develop better heuristics. An individual investor?s behaviour towards equities will be analysed from Behavioural Finance perspective. Furthermore, this research aids in the analysis of numerous socioeconomic and psychological elements that influence decision-making of various individual investors.
