A Session on Management Consulting

Centre for Academic and Professional Support (CAPS) BGR is conducting a Consulting Workshop on 18 September 2021.

Management consulting is the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance. Organizations draw upon the services of management consultants for gaining external advice and access to consultant’s specialized expertise.

This session will assist you in solving management consulting cases. They are a tool used by firms to maximize performance, identify and solve complex organizational and operational problems, define and improve processes, align strategies, and actualize the potentials of organizations. After attending this session one will understand how to approach a management consulting case, its importance, the roadmap of a management consultant’s career, how to build a profile in the field, and how to get recruited by major Consulting Firms.

The speaker for this workshop is Mr. Priyank Ahuja, an Innovator and Product leader. He is a Certified Corporate Trainer, Mentor, Coach, Keynote Speaker, and B-School Visiting Faculty. He has conducted 525 Corporate Training Sessions, 150 Webinars, Mentored 226 Students, and Judged 15 Events as a Jury Panelist with a total outreach of 1,35,000 participants.
