After the success of its first outreach program, the Assessment Wing of CAPS feels honoured to present to you the second outreach program for this academic year.
The end-semester examinations are approaching soon, resulting in many of us feeling stressed and anxious. The pressure to do well in exams can be overwhelming and affects our mental health. You may feel overwhelming emotions of fear, nervousness and under-preparedness. These emotions are genuine and may affect your performance during the exam. So, managing your anxiety during examinations is important.
CAPS has come with a solution to this problem. To know more and discover new learning styles to manage examination anxiety, participate in Assessment Wing's online outreach program.
Utilize this great opportunity and join the program to discuss and assess methods to deal with Examination Anxiety and enhance your learning styles. Together, we can understand ourselves better and learn strategies to improve our learning patterns!
