Paracosm is the biannual magazine of Ellipsis: The English and Cultural Studies Forum of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bannerghatta Road Campus invites submissions for its upcoming volume.
After a pandemic that brought the whole world to a halt, a lot of us felt immobile. But the lack of physical mobility allowed for other forms of it. From physical migration to its temporal dimensions, it can be something like a feeling of change, a sense of memory, or a vision for the future. Mobility can deal with time, emotion, cultures, and people. After all, even if the world physically stopped moving, our relationships with each other and the world around us didn't.
This edition of PARACOSM, the bi-annual magazine of Ellipsis, aims to explore this loose theme of "Mobility". The submissions are now open for research and academic articles, opinion essays, original posters, reviews as well as photo essays.
The final date for submissions has been extended to 07 May, 2021.
