Soon after this, the program coordinator, Dr Mahesh E formerly addressed the gathering with a welcome speech.

The Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences, Dr John Joseph Kennedy was then called onto to deliver the presidential address. He believes that ‘Altius 2018’ will act as a platform for students to nurture their creative skills which is considered very much essential to deal with the economic complexities of today.

Dr Joshy K J, Head, Dept of Economics then delivered the vote of thanks expressing heartfelt gratitude to all the faculty members, students and to all those who had made contributions for the advent of Altius 2018.
