Candidates falling under any of the below mentioned categories must apply under the International Student Category: 
1. Foreign citizens,
2. PIO card holders and
3. OCI (Dual Citizens)

International students coming from Non-English speaking countries should:
a) produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or
b) have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores

Candidates without the above pre-qualifications will have to enroll either for
a) Intensive Certificate course in English Language (Full Time) conducted from March to May each year or
b) One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Note: The International Student category fee structure is binding for the full duration of the programme and cannot be transferred /changed in between.

Candidates from the above listed categories having pursued Indian Educational qualification and who may have applied under the Indian States Category will have to pay the International Student Category Fee. The decision of the Admission committee is final.
Candidates seeking admission through International Student category (Foreign Nationals/PIO/OCI) will have a separate application process, with the option to apply for any programme at Christ University.

Students who fall under any of the following classifications, at the time of application may apply under NRI Student category and be liable to pay the fees applicable to the category for the entire duration of the course.

1. NRI defined under the Indian Income Tax Law
2. Either of the parents is outside India (except Nepal) on Work Permit / Resident Permit.
3. Indian citizen financed by any Institution /  agency outside India, even if parents are Residents of India.
4. Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign / Indian syllabus outside India.
5. Indian citizen pursued studies for qualifying examination in foreign syllabi in India.


Note: If only condition 5 is satisfied, and not conditions 1 to 4 above,NRI student category fee will be applicable only for the first year.

  • The University does not collect any type of Capitation / Donation other than the fee mentioned in the website.
  • If the Application is incomplete or incorrect, the University Management has the right to reject it.
  • Kindly do not send any original marks cards through post or courier.
  • Ignorance of the Terms, Conditions, and guidelines will not be considered as an excuse for non-fulfillment of any stipulated process.
  • All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
  • It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for 2 years, there will be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
  • Fees should be paid within the stipulated date for the first year and before the commencement of final examinations of 2nd semester for the second year.
  • All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost.
  • Admitted student who wish to avail Bank Loan will be provided a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
  • The decision of the Admission Committee is final and binding.

Create an application login at https://appstat.christuniversity.in using NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID, and a password. The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages. An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme are fulfilled.
 
Applicants must have the following documents before filling the application online:
  • Copy of statement of marks of Class 10, Class 12, and Degree Marks Cards (whichever is available years/semesters marks card) (Mandatory) and a valid Entrance test scorecard of (Sep MAT 2022 / Dec MAT 2022 / Feb MAT 2023 OR CAT 2022 OR CMAT 2023 OR GMAT 2022 / 2023 OR XAT 2023 OR ATMA 2023 OR GRE 2022 / 2023).
     
  • The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields. A recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background) should be scanned and uploaded with not more than 100kb along with other documents.
     
  • The 9 (Nine Digits) application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee. A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login till the selection process is completed.
     
  • In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.

Selection process results will be available on https://appstat.christuniversity.in Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission. The offer will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.
 
All selected candidates must note that admission is provisional and subject to University rules.
 
Selected candidates must download the offer of admission on the ‘Application Status’ link on the University website.
 
To process admission:
 
1. Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process.
 
2. Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission.
 
3. As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode.
 
4. Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission.
 
5. Fees for the first year, including Admission Registration fee, must be paid in full as part of the admission process.
 
Admission has to be processed as per the point (1) the presence of the candidate and the mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one set of photocopies mentioned below:
 
1. Class 10 Marks Statement and Class 12 Marks Statement (Mandatory).
 
2. Undergraduate Degree Marks Card semester/year (if result awaited, marks card available currently) (Mandatory).
 
3. Provisional Degree Certificate or Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate) if the candidate has graduated before November 2022 (Mandatory).
 
4. Transfer Certificate (TC) of an undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted by 20 August 2023.
 
5. Migration Certificate of an undergraduate degree from a qualifying University (applicable for all candidates except those studying in Karnataka) (Mandatory) must be submitted by 20 August 2023.
 
6. Copy of entrance test scorecard (Sep MAT 2022 / Dec MAT 2022 / Feb MAT 2023 OR CAT 2022 OR CMAT 2023 OR XAT 2023 OR ATMA 2023 OR GMAT 2022 / 2023 OR GRE 2022 / 2023) (Mandatory).
 
7. One Stamp size and one passport size photograph formal dress with a white background (Mandatory).
 
8. Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt (Mandatory).
 
9. Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt / PAN Card / Voter ID Card).
 
10. Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:
 
a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).
b) PIO / OCI have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
c) Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and
d) Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)
 
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process.
 
An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June - 2022] must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 20 August 2023.
 
Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.
 
All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process and must carry relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card).
 
The University ID card is a smart card, which is both an ID cum ATM card with a chip containing the student personal details. All transactions within the University campus after the commencement of classes, including fee payment, will be processed only through this card. It is also an access card for Library and other restricted places.
 
Selected candidates who fall under the International student category (ISC) should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bengaluru, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bengaluru.
 
The date of commencement of the academic Year 2023 will be intimated during the admission process.
 
Please Note:
 
I) The University does not collect any capitation/donation other than the fees mentioned on the website.
 
II) All those admitted to the programme will have to purchase a laptop at their own cost if required by the department.
 
III) Admitted students who wish to avail bank loan will be provided with a recommendation letter on request by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
 
IV) The decision of the admission committee is final and binding.

Academic Performance
1. Applicants must have all original marks cards of Class 10, Class 12, Undergraduate Degree  (Students pursuing their final year/semester must have the statement of marks up to the previous semester/year) for the selection process.

The scores of the following tests held in 2022 and 2023 will be accepted:
1. MAT(Sep/Dec2022/Feb:2023) score of 500 and above OR
2. CAT 2022 score of 60 percentile and above OR

3. Candidates who are applying for the Dual Degree MBA (CU) + MBA, (THWS, Germany) Programme should submit the work related documents (Joining Letter/Experience Letter with Latest Salary Slip) (Full Time/Family Business also considered) with one or more year of work experience (Mandatory)

Instructions for applicants
  1. The selection process admit card will be uploaded in the candidate application login (https://appstat.christuniversity.in) ONE OR TWO days before the selection process date.  Candidate must read through the contents published in the admit card and must keep the originals at hand for verification during the Selection Process rounds.
  2. The link for GD_MP_PI will be updated only on the admit card. No EMAIL OR SMS communication will be sent about GD_MP_PI date and time update.
  3. The date and time for the selection process are auto-generated by the system. Therefore, any request for changes will not be entertained.
  4. Candidates must show the original Government recognized photo identity card (Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Recent College ID card) for attending the online selection process. Failing which the application will be considered as “Not Selected”.
  5. All original Class 10, Class 12, Degree Marks Card (Students pursuing their final year/semester must have the statement of marks up to the previous semester/year) and The scores of the following tests held in 2022 and 2023 will be accepted of MAT score of 500 and above OR CAT score of 60 percentile and above OR XAT score of 60 percentile and above OR CMAT score of 240 and above OR ATMA score of 60 percentile and above OR GMAT score of 450 and above OR GRE score of 295 and above. should be available for verification during the personal interview round.

  8. Impersonation or any suspicious behaviour (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) will be treated as malpractice and the application will be termed as “Not Selected”.
  9. Candidate must prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link during the Micro presentation round.
  10. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for admission rests with the student/candidate. The issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
  11. Important: Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.
  12. Selected candidates must process their admission within the stipulated date and time given on the e-admission card, by paying the fee and submitting the above-mentioned original documents for verification.

Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-June 2023 are also eligible to apply.

# The fee for Karnataka domicile students, as indicated in the table, is the actual fee payable and excludes the scholarship amount.
 
It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for two years, there may be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
 
1. NRI fee is applicable for the first year for candidates who have studied foreign syllabus (has to be approved by UGC / AIU) in the qualifying examination of study in India. In subsequent years Other Indian States fee will be applicable.
(The above condition is not applicable to NRI and candidates applied under NRI Category).
 
2. NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the Programme for candidates who;
   2.1. Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India.
   2.2. Are NRI and candidates who have applied under the NRI category.
 
3. To claim the Indian category fee, the candidates should have studied last 7 years in India. (Not applicable for OCI, PIO and Foreign Nationals).
 
4. Admission registration fee of INR 5000/- is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission. This fee will be apart from cancellation charges if applicable.
 
5. All Candidates If “Selected” after appearing for the final selection process, the fee may be paid through the following option:
    Payment can make through Net banking / NEFT / RTGS
    Payment / Transfer of fees does not guarantee admission.
