Application Process


Applicants may apply for the programme from 8 December, 2019.

(This programme is only for KARNATAKA PU STUDENTS)


All applicants must visit the page: and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and set a password.  (The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages). An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme is fulfilled.


Applications can be filled online prior to the declaration of class XII results and saved. Class XII marks can be entered only after verification of self-attested internet printout of the XII results of 2020.


Application Mode:

Online mode: To fill and submit application using online mode, log on to our website and click on “Admissions”, proceed to click on the Application Status followed by appstat link: In the confirmation page click, on ‘Applications’ and click on the preferred programme.


Direct mode: Application forms will be available at Office of Admission, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Central Block, Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560029. To fill and submit application using offline mode, log on to our website and click on “Admissions”, proceed to click on the Application Status followed by appstat link:  In the confirmation page click, on ‘Applications’ and click on the preferred programme. Choose offline application and enter the Application No., which is printed on the top left corner of this page, and the Receipt No. printed on the receipt.


 Guidelines to applicants:


a) To fill the application you must have a copy of statement of marks of Class 10, Class 12 (Can be entered only after results are declared) (Mandatory).


b) Fill-in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background) and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. In case you need to make any corrections you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”.


c) Make payment using card and after successful payment click on submit. A 9 (Nine) digit Application number will be generated. If unable to print the application form due to system/power/internet failure, logon to, under the “Application Status” page enter the registered Email-ID and password to view and print the application form. (After payment if you do not receive the 9 (Nine) digit application number, then your application process is incomplete and payment will go in for refund process. The refund will take about 15 days and must be checked with your bank).


Candidates must submit the filled-in application forms along with the supporting documents (duly self attested) within 3 days of the declaration of Karnataka PUC results of 2020 in person / Parents / Guardian. Applications not submitted to the Office of Admissions within 3 days from the declaration of class XII results of 2020 (Karnataka PUC) will not be considered for the Selection Process (Personal Interview).

  • Application will not be considered if submitted by COURIER or POST.
  • Documents to be submitted in Person / Parents / Guardian:
  • Photocopy of Class 10 Marks Card (Mandatory).
  • Internet copy of Class 12 Marks Card (2020) self attested (Mandatory).
  • Valid Category Certificate (For candidates from Karnataka PU applying under various categories) (Mandatory).
  • 1 recent passport size and 1 stamp size photographs in formal dress of (Photo size of 35mm x 45mm with white background only - Standard Indian Passport Format only). The application may be rejected if the photograph is not according to the specification.
  • Copy of signed application form. Keep a copy of the application form for further reference.
  • The SA_PI (Skill Assessment, and Personal Interview) will be conducted, from the next day of submission of the Application form in person to the below mentioned address.

Candidates must submit their application form in person / Parents / Guardian within 3 days of the declaration of class XII results of 2020 (Karnataka PUC) to the following address.

After processing the application forms. The selection process E-Admit card will be generated on the same day of the submission of the application form. No postal / telephonic / e-mail communication will be given by the University. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “" from the University website and print the same. All candidates must read through the contents published in the admit card and must carry the required documents along with a printed copy of the admit card. The University does not authorize any individual or organization to operate on its behalf.
